Stephanie was raised in Pensacola, FL. After attending the University of West Florida, she started working in sales. In 2004 she moved into the reprographic industry. Working for her family business, Bay Area Blueprint, Stephanie has had the opportunity to start in outside sales, move to the sales manager, and is now currently the operations and sales manger for Bay Area. Stephanie is involved in many local organizations including AIA, ASA, AGC, and serving on the board with CSI and ERA. In her down time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and family. |

David is Regional Product Manager, Technology Services for ARC Region 11. David’s focus is on technology and consulting services tailored to the design and construction community which includes digital workflow, cloud / SaaS usages and efficiencies, advanced data migration and archiving, integrated project solutions along with BIM integration and consulting. David has been associated with the southern New England A/E/C community and reprographics for over 30 years. David is a business graduate of the University of Connecticut, holds an MBA from Suffield University and is a graduate of the American Reprographics Company Leadership Academy. David has been a supporter of the Eastern Regional Reprographics Association (ERRA) since 1981 and a member of the International Reprographics Association (IRgA) since 1984. He has been a speaker on the usage of technology in reprographics and to the A/E/C industry for the IRGA, Construction Institute – University of Hartford, Associated General Contractors - Young Professionals Council and many others. |

Dennis has been in the reprographics/color graphics industry for his entire career. His career in the reprographics/color graphics industry started in 1997 when he joined Leet-Melbrook Inc.. Dennis has held the position of account manager, regional sales manager, Vice President of Sales and Operations, and currently holds the position of Divisional Vice President. He was instrumental in the launching of PlanWell when it was first released in our market in 1999 and serves on his corporations Advisory Board in regards to digital services offered by the company nationwide. Dennis serves on the board of the Eastern Reprographics Association and is a member of the International Reprographic Organization, AIA of Washington DC, Associated Builders and Contractors of Washington DC, Baltimore, and Virginia. Dennis also is part of Rebuilding Montgomery County as part of giving back to the community. |

Ryan started in January 2007 as a technician and is currently a Salesman for the Northwestern PA area. He attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute and Robert Morris University for his education in CIS. Ryan likes spending time with his wife and family as much as possible. He also enjoys learning and keeping up with new technology in his spare time. |

Larry Condon was born and raised in the blueprint business. Larry’s father, Richard Condon, Purchased Charleston Blueprint company in 1960. Larry became a full-time “paid” employee in 1986, and became Manager in 1990, of course he was working in the business since before he could walk. Larry plays a significant role in the day to day operations of the company, as well as oversees the management of the operation. Larry has also attended Trident Technical college and has served eight year is the US Coast Guard.
In 2006, Larry was President of the Southeastern Reprographic Association, and in 2008 became Treasurer. Currently, Larry is Treasurer of the Eastern Reprographic Association.
Larry has a wonderful wife and best friend, Lynne. Also, his time is occupied by his three great boys, Andrew, Austen and Owen. |

Jim Goodman has been in the reprographics industry for 31 years as a sales representative of various types of paper and film media. After spending 6 years in the Chicago area and 10 years in Dallas area, he is currently employed by Dietzgen as the Southeast Account Manager in Atlanta, where he has lived for the past 15 years. Jim has served 2 terms on the Board of the Southeastern Reprographic Association as a Supplier Director and is currently serving as Director of Membership for the ERA. |

Pete Figlozzi holds a position of Strategic Planner at Reproconnect, a software company that focuses on simple- to -use planroom technology. He has been involved in the business world now for 20 years both serving at various companies and owning a few as well. He has a successful record of building business from the ground up using creative- strategic ideas. In 1999 he built a fundraising business in Orange County California from a territory producing only 300'000 in annual sales to a 1.8 million powerhouse in just over 1 year. Pete also is the founder of an e-commerce company that that sells food gifts nationwide, a company which he not only conceived but developed including the overall design of the companies branding. In 1994 Pete left his home in NY to go to school in California. He graduated with a bachelors in Character Animation and has a love for both art and food. His current focus is serving at Reproconnect and trying to take their technology & software to Reprographic shops across the United States. In his spare time he likes to read, study scripture, draw, and love his family!! Pete has been married 9 years and has 4 children ranging from 7-1 years old. & currently resides in Fort Worth Texas. |

Charlie started his venture in the engineering, architectural and drafting industry starting in 1958 working at Henry Eagleton Company for 11 years starting as a sales clerk and reaching the position of the General Sales Manager. In 1974, Charlie and his wife Dorothy started Engineering Media Inc., their own small 2 person business selling engineering and drafting supplies. This company progressed in its 17 years to over 30 employees and 3 offices. In 1991 they with their oldest son Charles, started Hackworth Reprographics Inc. They became a member of the Southeastern Reprographics Association in 1976 and in these past 36 years Charlie has served on the Board of Directors for 20 years serving as President in 1982 and 12 years as Treasurer. He was a member of the IRGA Board of Directors from 1988-91 and received the George Bukovsky Award in 2007.He holds a BBA and MBA from Central Pacific University as well as a Doctor of Ministry degree from Honolulu University. He is an Honorary Alumnus from Old Dominion University and is a graduate of the Liberty Home Bible Institute of Liberty University.Charlie is married to the former Dorothy Rice Hobbs and they have two sons, Charles II and David, 4 grandchildren. In his spare time (when he has it) he loves to play golf and boating. |
